Processing Time
When placing your order, you will have the option to choose your preferred processing time:

- 5-8 Business Days
Your selected processing time begins after your order is placed and paid for. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order before it is shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, when available, and the carrier's delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During holidays or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and continued support!
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Shipping Times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Bad N Boujee Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, Or Missing Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bad N Boujee Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage package and items so we can determine the appropriate next steps.
